FUN!

Get ready for a puzzling good time with Patchworkz™! The insanely entertaining puzzler is back, featuring a fresh look and tons of all-new puzzles. Relax and enjoy gorgeous puzzle designs made from materials such as glass, wood, fabric, stone, metal and paper. If you crave a bit of competition, you can test your skill in the exciting new Fever Mode! A mix of lightning-fast game play and a scoring system that rewards patience and precision allows you to pick up and play for five minutes… or five hours. This isn’t your ordinary puzzle game – it’s much, much more! (BigFish Sales Blurb)

This game is, as it says, fun.  The pictures are colourful, the shapes are interesting, and, as you progress and the size of the pieces gets smaller, they become increasingly more difficult .  There are appropriate sound effects for the different materials used.  When you complete the puzzles for each material, you gain a disk – when all are collected you get the Bonus games.

Good for eye/hand co-ordination, this game is great for a bit of relaxation – unless you play the Fever Mode, which I never do.  A good kid’s game, and okay for adults too if you don’t want to tax your brain too much.

I recommend it for families.

About judsartwork

I write reviews of Adventure and Hidden Object games that are Crime, Fantasy, SciFi, Renovation, Travel, Quest and/or Mystery by genre. I have a Masters in Writing (2006) and have been writing novels, both crime and fantasy for many years; plus Haiku, verse, and prose both fictional and literary. I am also an artist of modern, Acrylic, textural and hard edge work, underwater, fantasy, expressionist, and Cosmos paintings. I use mixed media (Acrylic, Watercolour, Pastels) in textural Monoprints, finding surprises to expose within each work. Having both an analytical and creative mind has meant that I have strong powers of observation, and the persistence required to follow computer problems through till I solve them. Of course I am not always successful, but am willing to ask for a little help in order to then unlock the main problem myself. My Troubleshooting Blog, 'Problems and Solutions', was the result of my tenacity.
