I want to say from the outset that this could be quite a fun game – well it is quite a fun game, except for the way the lovely clear Graphics have been messed up with light haze tricks! And the fact that Full-screen is the same size as Windowed screen. This means that you have to search for some extremely tiny HOs, as the objects are mostly to scale. If the Graphics had been fuzzy as well as light affected then there would be no hope at all. You have to turn on your Xray vision in order to find them!
I like the Postcard beginning; the access to rooms via the family suitcases; the fact that you can take photos of your family for the album; the cool little puzzles; and the fact that the storyline doesn’t intrude too much in the game – it leads you from one site to the next and lets you get on with it. This is a good game for kids as they probably won’t mind the smaller screen, and their sight is younger. lol
I guess there is a chance that the screen size might be able to be adjusted via the Windows 7/Troubleshooting/earlier versions reset – but as I was playing the Trial Hour I didn’t have the chance to check this.
